Job Description:

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization’s staffing needs. They manage the full-cycle recruitment process, develop hiring strategies, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract quality candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Understand job requirements and provide recruitment guidance to ensure the best hires.
Data & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies based on data insights.
Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire integration and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

 

Requirements skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or relevant certifications like CIPD, SHRM, etc., is a plus).
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or Talent Acquisition, with experience in both creative and healthcare/beauty sectors.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including creative roles (designers, copywriters, strategists) and operational teams (project managers, client services).
Familiarity with the beauty industry, including medical staff (aestheticians, nurses, etc.) and customer service teams.
