Job Description:
As a Junior Web Developer (Odoo Python) at MWG Advertising Agency, you will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo-based applications to support the agency’s business operations. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to enhance Odoo modules, integrate third-party applications, and improve system performance.Key Responsibilities:
Odoo Development & Customization:
• Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules using Python.
• Support in modifying existing workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Participate in testing and debugging to ensure smooth system functionality.
Web Development & Integration:
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Assist in integrating third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
• Optimize website performance and troubleshoot front-end issues.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in web development, preferably with Odoo and Python.
• Basic understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and module development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
