Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation:
• Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Assist in creating prospect lists and outreach strategies.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
• Support the BD team in reaching out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Assist in preparing sales pitches and presentations.
• Maintain and update CRM databases with client interactions.

Proposal & Strategy Support:
• Help draft proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
• Collaborate with different departments to align business strategies with client needs.
• Support in tracking and analyzing BD efforts to measure success.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, networking, and business development.
• Basic knowledge of market research and lead generation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
