Job Description:

As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at MWG Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for shaping the agency’s long-term strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and market trends. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, optimize business performance, and position MWG as a leader in the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Growth:
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and competitive positioning.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand MWG’s portfolio.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and business development strategies.

Innovation & Digital Transformation:
• Drive innovation initiatives to enhance MWG’s service offerings, leveraging new technologies and trends.
• Oversee the integration of AI, data analytics, and digital marketing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of creativity and adaptability, ensuring the agency stays ahead of industry shifts.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to align strategies across the organization.
• Provide guidance to marketing, business development, creative, and media teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic goals.
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on business challenges and opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
• Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to optimize profitability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

Requirements skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or leadership roles within the advertising, media, or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital transformation strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute high-level business strategies with measurable success.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation.
