Job Description:

Business Development Executive at MWG Advertising Agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the agency’s market presence. You will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions that align with clients’ branding and advertising needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop tailored business strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their advertising goals align with MWG’s services.
• Sales Pitch & Proposal Development: Develop compelling sales presentations, advertising proposals, and media plans to attract new business.
• Collaboration with Creative & Strategy Teams: Work closely with internal teams to craft innovative advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and closing deals while ensuring profitable agreements for the agency.
• Networking & Brand Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote MWG’s brand and services.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates on business development activities, and optimize strategies for better results.

Requirements skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
