Job Description:

Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute innovative BTL campaigns (events, promotions, sponsorships, activations, etc.) that align with the brand’s objectives and engage the target audience.
Brand Activation: Oversee the design and implementation of campaigns to ensure the brand is represented effectively and consistently in all BTL activities.
Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and behaviors to develop impactful BTL strategies.
Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute consumer events and experiential marketing activities to build strong relationships with customers and drive brand awareness.
Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for BTL campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective cost management.
Vendor and Agency Coordination: Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of BTL activities, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the digital marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure all BTL efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns using key metrics and KPIs, providing reports and insights to senior management.
Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of marketing specialists and event coordinators to execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in BTL marketing or brand activation, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of BTL marketing channels (events, promotions, sponsorships, direct marketing, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong organizational and budget management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms
Creativity and a results-oriented approach to campaign development
