Job Description:
As an Account Manager at MWG Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating advertising campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all projects align with client goals and brand strategies. MWG specializes in advertising, branding, digital marketing, media buying, and content creation across industries such as FMCG, real estate, healthcare, beauty & wellness, automotive, and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s brand, industry, and marketing goals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and reports.
• Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions to enhance their marketing efforts.
Campaign & Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, media buying, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all campaign deliverables align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Business Growth & Development:
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
• Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and campaign presentations.
• Support the business development team in expanding MWG’s client portfolio.
Budgeting & Financial Management:
• Work with clients to manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Track and report on campaign expenses and project profitability.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising strategies, media planning, branding, and digital marketing trends.
• Experience working with industries such as FMCG, real estate, healthcare, beauty & wellness, automotive, and retail is a plus.
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM software.
