Job Description:
As a Senior Account Manager at MWG Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of advertising, branding, and digital marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, overseeing projects, coordinating with internal teams, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve client goals. MWG specializes in advertising, branding, digital marketing, content creation, media buying, and production across industries such as FMCG, real estate, healthcare, beauty & wellness, automotive, and retail.Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, brand strategy, and industry trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations and proactive solutions to enhance client campaigns.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss campaign performance, insights, and future strategies.
Project & Campaign Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Work closely with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to meet campaign goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven insights and reports to clients.
Business Development & Growth:
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional agency services.
• Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies for potential new projects.
• Support the agency in acquiring new business leads and expanding client portfolios.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in the advertising industry.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
• Manage client budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Track campaign expenses and profitability, providing financial updates as needed.
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Mentor and support junior account managers and executives, fostering professional growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Contribute to the development of creative and strategic marketing plans for clients.
