Job Description:
As an IT Director at MWG Advertising Agency, you will oversee the agency’s software and hardware infrastructure, ensuring seamless IT operations, cybersecurity, and technology-driven efficiency. You will lead the IT team, develop strategic technology plans, and support digital transformation efforts to enhance MWG’s operational and creative capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic IT Management:
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with MWG’s business goals.
• Oversee IT budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations for software and hardware solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and IT security best practices.
Software & System Management:
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business-critical software, including ERP, CRM, project management, and cloud-based solutions.
• Manage and optimize digital tools used in advertising, creative production, and data analytics.
• Lead software integration efforts to enhance efficiency across departments.
Hardware & Infrastructure:
• Manage and upgrade IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, printers, and other essential hardware.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company and client data.
Technical Support & IT Operations:
• Lead the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Establish IT policies, best practices, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide training and technical support to employees on new tools and technologies.
Innovation & Digital Transformation:
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT, AI, and automation.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and media teams to support tech-driven projects.

Requirements skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with advertising, marketing, or media industry software tools is a plus.
