Job Description:

As a Senior Public Relations Specialist at MWG Advertising Agency, you will be responsible for managing the agency’s public image, building strong media relationships, and creating impactful communication strategies for both MWG and its clients. You will develop and execute PR campaigns that enhance brand awareness, reputation, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and key industry players to secure positive media coverage.
• PR Campaign Development: Create and execute strategic PR plans that align with MWG’s goals and client branding objectives.
• Press Releases & Media Content: Draft compelling press releases, speeches, articles, and corporate statements for media distribution.
• Crisis Communication Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect the agency’s and clients’ reputations.
• Event Planning & Management: Organize press conferences, media events, sponsorships, and brand activations to enhance visibility.
• Influencer & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry leaders for PR campaigns.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyze PR performance, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Internal & External Communications: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, both internally and externally.

Requirements skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong media network and understanding of the media landscape.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns.
• Crisis management experience and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of social media PR strategies and digital communication trends.
