Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
Lead and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for both the advertising agency and beauty clinics, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational growth objectives and industry-specific needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans tailored to each business unit.
Utilize market insights to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both sectors, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection of candidates for a wide range of positions.
Create and optimize job descriptions, job postings, and other hiring materials to attract the right talent.
Drive the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging process from initial contact to onboarding.
Sourcing & Talent Pool Development
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, and industry events.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both creative/marketing roles (e.g., designers, copywriters, media planners) and medical/beauty roles (e.g., aestheticians, nurses, customer service professionals).
Leverage passive candidate sourcing strategies to continuously engage top talent, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
Collaboration with Leadership & Hiring Managers
Partner closely with hiring managers in both the advertising agency and beauty clinics to understand job requirements and team needs, ensuring clear alignment on the ideal candidate profile.
Provide coaching and support to managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Lead initiatives to enhance and promote the company’s employer brand within both the advertising and beauty industries.
Work with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns and content that showcases the company’s culture, values, and unique benefits.
Advocate for a positive and inclusive candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates, regardless of the outcome, feel respected and valued.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and report on hiring progress and outcomes.
Use data to continuously refine and improve recruitment processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide insights and regular updates to leadership on recruitment trends, talent availability, and hiring pipeline status.
Diversity & Inclusion
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process, ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process.
Focus on attracting a diverse pool of candidates and fostering a diverse workforce across all departments and roles.
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, labor laws, and best practices across the advertising and beauty sectors to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

 

Requirements skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of recruiting for both creative/marketing and healthcare/beauty positions.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the advertising industry (e.g., creative roles, media, digital marketing) and the beauty/healthcare industry (e.g., medical staff, aestheticians, customer-facing beauty professionals).
Skills:
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across multiple industries.
Strong ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
