Job Description:
– Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design.
– Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy.
– Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion).
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
– visualizing and executing creative concepts, and ensuring the highest quality of visual output.
– Plan and execute effective brainstorming sessions.
– Working with designers to establish new skills and insights.
– Producing sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas.
– Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
– Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
– Responsible for all pre-production meetings for projects including photoshoots, video editing, broadcast, and fulfillment.
– Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).

Requirements Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 – 7+ Years of experience.
• Experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Branding
• Ability to lead and manage Graphic Design teams
• Proficient in Graphics and Graphic Design software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects)
• Leader ship and team managements skills.
