Job Description:

Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead the identification of emerging market trends and opportunities.

Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of business development professionals.
• Set ambitious targets and performance metrics, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.

Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for strategic clients and partnerships.

Client Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present creative proposals and project quotations to clients.
• Defend proposals and quotations, addressing any client concerns or questions effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and manage any changes in scope or client requirements.

BTL Business Line Growth:
• Execute growth opportunities within existing BTL business, and successfully launch new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and engaging design concepts.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with the client’s brand and project objectives.

 

Communication and Reporting:
• Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and guidance to the creative team based on client input.
• Prepare and present post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement:
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital creative production.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance team efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the business development team.
• Work closely with the executive team to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
• Provide regular updates on business development initiatives, progress, and challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to drive integrated strategies

Requirements Skills:

7-8 Years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in managing people and teams
• Possess a creative mindset
